Throughout his career, he has performed in numerous renowned tribute and cover bands, including Van Hagar (Van Halen), Parris (Thin Lizzy), Deo (Ronnie James Dio), and he is currently a member of the 80s arena rock band H\u00e2kon.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">Cuijpers first connected with Dutch rock musician Arjen Lucassen in 2004. A year later, his vocal performance of &#8220;Sail Away to Avalon&#8221; was featured on the bonus DVD of the Ayreon album <i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"185\">The Final Experiment<\/i>. His collaboration with Lucassen expanded significantly over the years; in 2017, he was invited to perform several songs for the Ayreon Universe live shows, and in 2019, he portrayed the Barbarian during the live performances of the rock opera <i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"450\">Into the Electric Castle, Electric Castle Live and Other Tales<\/i>.
